• Managing an account on behalf of a minor is also strictly prohibited.
• A national ID card, passport, or birth certificate is accepted as proof of age
• New pkla reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until age verification is complete

Additionally, new pkla may not be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law. Any attempt to operate an account from a restricted location will result in account closure.
